We want your flowers to stay fresh and beautiful for as long as possible. Here are a few simple steps to help you get the most out of your Pacific Petals arrangement.

For Vase Arrangements:

  1. Top off the water daily
Flowers drink more than you think! Make sure the vase is always at least ¾ full with clean, room-temperature water.

  2. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and heat
A cool spot away from bright windows, heaters, or drafts will help your blooms last longer.

  3. Remove any fading flowers or leaves
Gently pull out any petals or stems that start to wilt—this helps the rest of the arrangement stay fresh.

  4. Change the water after 2–3 days
If your vase water looks cloudy, give it a full refresh. Trim the stems about ½ inch on an angle before placing them back in.

For Wrapped Bouquets:

  1. Unwrap your flowers right away
Remove any paper, twine, or compostable wrap—your flowers need to breathe.

  2. Trim the stems
Using sharp scissors or garden shears, cut about ½ inch off the stems at a diagonal before placing them in a clean vase with fresh water.

  3. Follow the same vase care tips as above
Top off the water daily, avoid heat and direct sun, and refresh the water every few days.

A Note About Longevity

Each flower variety has its own personality—some may last a week or more, while others are fleeting but spectacular. We design with seasonality and natural beauty in mind, so enjoy the journey as your flowers open and evolve.
