Welcome to Pacific Petals. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Services

All floral arrangements are designed to order in our Oregon City home studio. We currently offer:

  • Pre-ordered arrangements for seasonal occasions and special events

  • Prepaid floral subscriptions for 3, 6, or 12 months

Because each design is handcrafted and based on seasonal availability, your arrangement may vary slightly from the photos shown.

2. Ordering & Payment

All products must be ordered in advance through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We do not accept same-day orders or walk-ins. Prices are subject to change without notice but are honored once your order is confirmed.

3. Delivery & Pickup

We offer local delivery within Oregon City and select surrounding areas, as well as scheduled pickup from our home studio. Delivery dates and times are selected during checkout and must be adhered to.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. We are not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the time of delivery.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges after an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and submit a photo within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We may make flower substitutions based on seasonal or supply availability while maintaining the overall aesthetic and value of the arrangement.

5. Subscription Terms

Pacific Petals offers prepaid floral subscriptions in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Each subscription is paid in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.

  • There are no recurring charges — the price you pay upfront covers the entire duration of your subscription.

  • Deliveries or pickups are scheduled in advance and follow a consistent cadence (e.g., monthly or biweekly).

  • If you need to pause or adjust a delivery, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled delivery, and we will do our best to accommodate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Pacific Petals and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information

  • Perishable product deterioration due to delays in pickup or receipt

  • Allergic reactions to flowers or greenery

8. Pet Safety Disclaimer
Some flowers and greenery used in our arrangements may be toxic to pets or animals if ingested. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that floral products are kept out of reach of pets and animals. Pacific Petals is not liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from contact or ingestion by pets or animals.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and accept the inherent variability of fresh floral products.
